Shipping

Twinkle-Lights.com offer a FREE next working day delivery service for all UK orders (min order of £85 including VAT). .

Small orders are charged at £2.99 for next working day delivery and all other orders that are under £85 are charged at £5.99. Orders must be placed before 2.00pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday (or Tuesday if a bank holiday). Orders placed after 3.00pm Friday and during a weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery Tuesday (except bank holidays where an extra day is required).
For orders below £20 a £2.00 inc VAT delivery surcharge applies to orders sent using our next day courier service.

If you do not require a guaranteed next working day service, you may also be able to select RoyalMail 1st Class Signed For during the checkout process. This allows us to get smaller, non-urgent orders orders to you as cheaply as possible. This option will appear if it is applicable to the items in your cart.

Most next day and Saturday deliveries are sent via Interlink Express. Although we state a cut-off of 2:00pm for next day courier delivery, it may be possible to provide this service up to 4pm. Please call us to confirm, if you have missed the cut-off.

For customers in Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands we may not be able to offer Guaranteed next day or Saturday services to these areas. We may also select a different carrier or use RoyalMail services for these locations, depending on the content of your order.  If you have an urgent need, please contact us and we will be able to advise you of the fastest and cheapest way of receiving your goods.

Customers ordering from the USA that would like to purchase battery operated products (our mains and low voltage sets operate from a UK 3 pin plug and 230V supply, this is not compatible with US supplies) can add then to their cart, as normal. In the checkout process your order value will be adjusted to exclude the UK TAX (VAT) and the weight based airmail shipping added. You do not have to commit your order until you have seen the cart total and shipping costs.

All deliveries must be signed for, so please ensure that the shipping address you select will have somebody available to receive the goods. You may select your place of work, for example.

Items with lead time If you select items in your cart that have a lead time, such as rope lights and some other products, we may not have these items available for immediate dispatch. In this case your order will be processed and as soon as the stock is on hand, your items will be sent. We will always endeavour to get orders sent out as soon as possible and this may mean we split your order and ship items using a different carriers. If you select a next day delivery for an item, it will be sent using a next working day delivery service from the day the item is available for shipping. If you have any queries or need your items in a hurry, please let us know.
