    What length garland do I need to span my porch? Well, it depends on how you want the garland to hang. If you want a straight line effect, then the garland should be approx the length you need to cover. If you want to hang the garland in loops or swags, then we suggest that you allow 1.5 to 2.5 x the length of area. So, for example, you have a potch that is 2m wide, you should order a garland approx 5m in length.
