Twinkle-Lights.com offer a FREE up to 5 working days delivery service for UK mainland orders over £25.
Shipping options can be selected during the checkout process. These will vary depending on the contents of your cart and the value of the order. These services are usually provided by RoyalMail and Interlink Express. Customers can find out the shipping cost to their destination by adding products to their shopping cart and entering their country and postcode (there is no need to enter all of your order details in order to get a delivery price).
Where available, next working day orders must be placed before 3.00pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed before the cut-off on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday (or Tuesday if a bank holiday). Orders placed after 3.00pm Friday and during a weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery Tuesday (except bank holidays where an extra day is required).
For customers in Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands we may not be able to offer a guaranteed next day or Saturday services to these areas. We may also select a different carrier or use RoyalMail services for these locations, depending on the content of your order.

All deliveries must be signed for, so please ensure that the shipping address you select will have somebody available to receive the goods. You may select your place of work, for example.
Items with lead time If you select items in your cart that have a lead time, we may not have these items available for immediate dispatch. In this case, your order will be processed and as soon as all the stock is on hand, your order will be sent. We will always endeavour to get orders sent out as soon as possible and this may mean we split your order and ship items using different carriers. If you select a next day delivery for an item, it will be sent using a next working day delivery service from the day the item is available for shipping.
