Returns

If you need to return an item to us because it is faulty, we will either arrange for our courier to collect the goods from you, send you a pre-paid returns pack or request you return the goods to us and we will refund the return cost to you.  Upon receipt they will be checked and a replacement item sent to you at no cost (assuming stock availability). If we do not have sufficient stock to replace the faulty item we will offer an alternative product or a full refund.  Items should be returned in their original condition and correctly packaged, please. Please email us at returns@twinkle-lights.com with full details of the fault and we will issue you an RMA reference so that we can process your return effectively.

If you wish to return goods because they do not meet your needs then it will be your responsibility to return them to us.  Before this can occur, you will need to request an RMA reference number by e-mailing returns@twinkle-lights.com.   Goods must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.  Upon receipt we will check the goods are resaleable and refund your money directly to the original credit card used for payment. The refund will not include the cost of shipping the order to you nor the cost of you sending the items back to us. We recommend all orders are returned with sufficient insurance cover.  If goods are not returned in their original condition we will charge a 25% restocking fee and refund the difference to your card. Returns must be notified within 7 working days of receiving the goods. It is your responsibility to return goods purchased in error at your own cost.
